Second Nature is one of the Southside of Glasgow’s most well known salons – in fact it’s been here in one guise or another since the mid eighties!

We are absolutely passionate about the world of beauty and delivering the very best of treatments. To us, this is more than just a job – we really do care about how you look and feel - as our clients who return to us again and again will tell you.

Second Nature has been in the loving care of Lynne and her team since 2005 and since that point we have had a clear vision in place – deliver high quality treatments; stay one step ahead of the ever changing beauty industry to bring our clients the very best of what’s new and current, as well as the tried and tested; and offer exceptional customer service. We believe that this is the recipe that makes our salon that bit different.

We are very proud of the range of treatrments and products that we offer at Second Nature particulary our new addition to the range, Mavalia Skincare - high performance Swiss skincare from Mavala, the company that are so renowned internationally for their nail colours and treatments. Of course, when it comes to hands and feet, it's Mavala all the way - they really are the business, whilst Fake Bake delivers the number one tan of choice for those in the know. We are also thrilled to have on board Lily LoLo Mineral cosmetics - a fabulous British Mineral brand that is taking the industry by storm.

We also like to keep the planet looking beautiful too – 98% of the waste that we generate from the salon is recycled, we use low energy lightbulbs, and, it goes without saying that none of the products we use are tested on animals.

We run Offers of the Month – they are a great way to try a treatment that perhaps you haven’t tried before and we’re here when you need us – we open 6 days a week and offer two late nights.

Gift vouchers are available for all treatment. These are valid for 6 months. Gift Vouchers are not transferable and there are no refunds. Out of date gift vouchers will not be accepted. 24 hours notice of cancellation is required and a 50% charge will be incurred. Please arrive 10 minutes before appointment time to allow for consultation. Unfortunately a late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or an alternative treatment being offered.
